Aspen Eye Care: Eye Doctors, Eye Exams & Eyewear in Sherwood Park

Coronavirus (COVID-19) & Flu Protection

As you are likely aware, the COVID-19 Coronavirus strain is making its way around the world. At Aspen Eyecare, we are taking steps to help prevent the spread of the virus to help protect our patients, staff and the community.

If you have an upcoming appointment and are feeling unwell…

If you are scheduled for a routine eye exam and are feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, sneezing or difficulty breathing or have been in close contact with someone with those symptoms please refrain from attending any appointments or accompanying patients to their appointment here at Aspen Eyecare.

Please contact us to let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment.

If you are experiencing an ocular emergency AND are feeling unwell, please call us to inform of your symptoms prior to arrival at the clinic.

What we are doing

We have implemented heightened cleaning regimens including the frequent disinfection of frequently touched surfaces and we have added additional hand disinfectant dispensers throughout the clinic. Our team is keeping up with updates from Health Canada to ensure that we are taking appropriate precautions as new information becomes available.

What You Can Do If You Are Visiting Aspen Eyecare

If you are visiting Aspen Eyecare, we ask that you help keep the environment as safe as possible for our other patients as we have a large number of elderly patients who are at an increased risk of suffering serious effects should they contract COVID-19 or even the common flu.

Upon arrival at our clinic, we ask that you disinfect your hands by washing and or by using hand sanitizer which is readily available throughout the clinic. Please repeat this process should you touch your eyes, nose or mouth.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

What Our Patients Have to Say....

I am a new patient of Aspen Eye Care and I went in for an exam and a Lasik consult. The first thing I noticed was how nice it was inside, very modern looking and it looks like they have good technology. The front end staff were very kind and funny and Dr. Bandali was excellent during the exam. Dr. Bandali was very personable and educational which makes me want to become a regular patient there. I would and have already recommended them to friends and family and told them about my experience!
